On 13 July 2008 NHMC ran a grass autotest in conjunction with the MG Car Club Classic Event at Sledmere House. This was not a championship event but more for fun. Thanks to all the competitors for supporting us. Ian Sadofsky was secretary of the meeting and organised the venue etc, the event proper was organised as usual by Robert Newlove. Thanks also to marshals Alan Carvell, John Milner and Carl and Kirsty Thompson. Thanks also to Graham Tabor for scrutineering etc and to Dave Cogan for setting up and photography (Hope I have not missed anyone out but if I have, thanks!)

The eventual winner from 11 entries was Andrew Burns in his MG BGT (pictured right).

The March 2008 Autotest took place at Readers Yard, Brandesburton on Sunday 16 March. Organised as usual by Robert Newlove with the assistance of his P.A. Gail Newlove, with Carl and Kirsty Thompson marshalling.

The eventual winner from 10 entries was Ken Sturdy (pictured right).
